It's been awhile since I've tried my hand at digital scrapbooking but here's a little creation that I came up with this weekend. I needed to review some video tutorials to help me remember how to actually use Photoshop Elements. Does anyone have any tutorials that you recommend?

Hey you! Long time no her from....what kit did you use to scrapbook this layout? Love it!!!! There are a ton of videos on You Tube....just put in PSE or anything with that name...:)
