Need A Needle Minder?

Something new in my Decorative Sewing Pins & More shop on Etsy.  Needle minders are great for all your stitching projects whether it be cross stitch, embroidery, or hand quilting. There is a very strong lightweight Rare Earth magnet attached to the decorative minder, which you put on the front of your fabric. A second external magnet is placed behind your fabric to hold the minder in place. 

Using my stash of vintage Mary Engelbreit fabric, I have created a pair of Floral magnetic needle minders. My needle minders are each individually handmade, therefore each one will be slightly different from photos shown here.
 

These needle minders provide a place for you to store your needle when it is not in use. No more wondering where that needle went to until your foot finds it in the carpet. Not too big and not too small, this 3/4 inch needle minder is perfect for large and small projects, or get one for each of your projects.

Wrist Pincushions with Decorative Pins

I've just added these two cute Mary Engelbreit fabric wrist pincushions to my Etsy shop HERE . 

The Particulars~
Pincushion is 2.5" x 2.25" x 1" filled with Polyester fiber
Strap with Velcro 8.25" long
Pins measure 1 3/4 inches
5 floral decorated pins in shades of blue, purple, yellow, magenta, and green.

New larger pincushions with decorative pins

I've recently created a few new pincushion designs that are a little larger than my original collection using my Mary Engelbreit fabric stash.

The new designs measure 4.25 inches wide by 3 inches high (not including the pins in the height).  Each one comes with 6 of my decorative flower pins.

A few new Pincushions

I found some cute new Mary Engelbreit fabric at Hancock Fabrics recently with charming little Scottie Dogs on it.  How could any dog lover resist this sweet pincushion?

This floral design with cherries is my new favorite.  Each of the pin keeps come with four decorative flower pins.

Mary Engelbreit Fabric Pincushions

For those of you who have been following along on my blog you already know about my recent interest in pins and pincushions.

My newest creations are a chance for me to use my extensive stash of Mary Engelbreit fabrics to design some really cute little pin keeps.
