M.E. Monday

Welcome again to Mary Engelbreit Monday. Please join us and post the link to your blog with the related Mary Engelbreit pictures to share with everyone. It can be a ME licensed product or something that was "inspired" by Mary Engelbreit's artwork. It "should" be a photo that you took of something that you own. We're flexible here....let's have fun above all else.

This week I'm sharing this "Too Cute" little fabric Mary Engelbreit box that my good friend, Kathy, gave to me a few years ago. She bought the glasses cherries for me when she was in Italy and needed something to present them to me in. I think she picked the perfect container for them. The box and cherries usually sit on the coffee table in my living room.

It's been an exciting day here at the Cherry Chick house. My new stove arrived! Do you see the ME teapot on it?  Then there's the salt & pepper shaker and the utensil container that I put a ME Wallie on to spruce up. I soooo...needed this stove. My old stove was over 26 yrs old and only had one burner on the stove top that still worked. My sweet friend Kathy and equally sweet husband Larry brought this stove to me today. They just moved into a new house and brought their stove from their old house to the new house. That meant that there was this almost like new cook top stove that needed a new home. I am the grateful recipient of that 'homeless' stove. I have such wonderful friends who are all so generous. Now all I have to do is bake some White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies for Kathy and Larry. Piece of Cake and such a deal! Right?

I'm sorry if the pictures aren't showing up. Click on the little box and you'll see the pictures. I've spent forever tonight trying to figure out the issue with Blogger without success.

Now it's your turn....Once you've posted your pictures come back and add your link to the link tool below. Please share the link back to my blog so that everyone can take part in sharing their post and picture.

Every thought about Selling?

I know that there are some people that just love Etsy.com.  I have to tell you though that I sell far more of my jewelry on Artfire.com. I think it's easier to set up a shop there and you can do it pretty much free if you just want a Basic account. I have a Pro account that has a lot more bells and whistles and for me it's worth the few bucks a month that it costs. While having a website  presence is nice, it's just so much simplier keeping up my Artfire.com shop online. Think about clicking the link above and just check it out if you've ever thought about selling online. Let me know if I can help you with any questions you might have about my experience.

Rednesday on the Beach

I'm joining Sue from "It's A Very Cherry World" and all the other bloggers who will be sharing their RED today.
I once took a wonderful trip to Panama City Beach, FL. We had Sangria wine on the balcony.
While play around with the camera we were able to get this cool "double" photo of the wine glasses via the reflection of the sliding glass doors.
We had some really beautiful sunsets and the most perfect views of them. I love the scattering of the clouds in this photo.

ME Monday is Back!

Welcome again to Mary Engelbreit Monday. Please join us and post the link to your blog with the related Mary Engelbreit pictures to share with everyone. It's true......I was "missing" last week for ME Monday. Life and priorities got in my way. I had so much that I was trying to get done last Sunday and then I had to work on getting documents together for corporate taxes...ugh! I will be working on them again this Sunday so I'm putting together my Monday post here on Saturday. Thank you so much to the sweet friends who emailed to inquire if I was okay. I am and we're back in business here!
Last Saturday I was in Clearwater and I stopped into a Michaels that I don't often get to. I must say that I was happy that I had popped in. On my way out of the store I checked over by the gift wrap where I found this most wonderful tissue that I had been passing on because it was $1.99 for only 4 sheets of tissue. With only two of the sheets being Cherries I just couldn't bring myself to pay that for tissue paper. Well!!! I am happy to say that I got the 5 packages above for 79 cents a package. Yepper...patience is a virtue.
Then there were these cute little gift card tins marked down to 49 cents each.
The large Cherry tote was a mere 99 cents and there was rolls of Mary Engelbreit giftwrap regularly $3.99 a roll now available for $1.99. I was good and only bought one roll.

I met a client this week to help her with creating a blog for her real estate business. We met at my favorite little tea spot, Dishtophia, where they are slowing selling out of some of their dishes and Mary Engelbreit collectibles. I had gotten a newsletter from them stating that things were marked down 80% now if you mentioned the newsletter.
Final cost $1.90 including tax ;-)

Imagine my surprise on Saturday when I realized that "Mary" had stopped by my blog to comment on the Cherry Birthday balloon that I shared on Sue's Rednesday last week. Not that Sue's equally sweet comment didn't make me just as Happy.

Rednesday & A Red Balloon

I shared this fabulous Cherry Balloon last Friday but I think it's so cute that it deserves it's own day on Rednesday. My friend Anne brought it to me for my BD last Friday. It's still floating high!

Please join Sue over at "It's A Very Cherry World" where she and many other bloggers are sharing their Red for Rednesday.
