Did you see me in Times Square?

A bit of fabulous news to share with everyone today!  If you've already seen me gushing all over Facebook and Instagram feel free to "move along". ;-)
For those few people in the world who don't already know, two of my hand crocheted scarves were featured on the NASDAQ's billboard in New York City's Times Square this afternoon!

Here's the original photo that I tweeted to Michaels Stores yesterday.

They were asking people to share photos with the hash tag #MadeWithMichaels so I did.  Just a couple of scarf photos and a photo of that cute Cherry cupboard makeover that I did recently.  Well, dang if they didn't tweet me back to ask if they could share it!

 

Little did I know that Michaels Stores was going to be selling their initial public stock offers today at the NASDAQ.  Thus the reason for the big party and celebration in Times Square.  They had a live feed on the NASDAQ billboard from 11 to 3:30 today where they shared the photos.  

Eagle eye that I am, I sat there and watched the live feed on my computer looking for my photos.  Around 12:30 and then 12:40 I was able to grab the screen shots of my scarves.  How cool is this?

Now I can sit back and watch the $$ roll in...wink...wink...
